Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lootora, including marketplace browsing, accounts, listings, orders, messages, reviews, seller applications, and support. By using Lootora, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You may use Lootora only if you can form a binding agreement and are allowed to use the marketplace under applicable law. If you use Lootora on behalf of a business or shop, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business or shop to these terms.

Marketplace role

Lootora provides tools for buyers and approved sellers to discover, discuss, order, review, and support digital game goods and services. Sellers are responsible for their listings and fulfillment. Lootora may review disputes and moderate activity, but we do not guarantee every seller, listing, delivery outcome, or third-party platform decision.

Accounts

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
  • Keep your password, magic links, and account sessions secure.
  • Do not share, sell, transfer, or create accounts for deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Tell support promptly if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

Sellers and listings

  • Sellers must be approved before creating listings.
  • Listings must be accurate, complete, and clearly describe what the buyer receives, delivery timing, stock limits, and any requirements.
  • Sellers are responsible for having the rights and ability to sell or deliver what they list.
  • Do not list stolen, hacked, fraudulent, unsafe, illegal, infringing, or misleading goods or services.

Buyers and orders

  • Review the full listing, seller details, price, quantity, and delivery terms before placing an order.
  • Use marketplace messages to confirm important details before buying when an offer is unclear.
  • Do not pressure sellers into off-platform payments, false delivery confirmations, or activity that violates these terms.
  • Open a support ticket or dispute if an order needs marketplace review.

Payments, delivery, disputes, and refunds

Lootora currently includes a demo order flow. When real payment processing is enabled, payment provider terms, checkout notices, and any marketplace-specific payment rules will also apply.

Sellers must deliver what they listed within the promised scope and timing. Buyers must confirm receipt only after receiving the order. Either party may use support or disputes when an order cannot be completed as expected.

Refunds, reversals, and account remedies depend on marketplace records, dispute review, payment provider rules, and applicable law. We may suspend order actions, seller access, or accounts while reviewing a dispute or suspected abuse.

Digital game goods and third-party platforms

Lootora is not affiliated with game publishers, platform operators, or rights holders unless we say so in writing. Digital game goods and services can involve account, publisher, game, platform, or regional restrictions. You are responsible for understanding and following the rules that apply to your game account, platform account, listing, sale, purchase, and delivery.

User content

  • You keep ownership of content you submit, such as listings, messages, reviews, profile text, images, and support messages.
  • You give Lootora a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, display, moderate, and use that content to operate, promote, secure, and improve the marketplace.
  • You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and safe for the marketplace.
  • We may remove or restrict content that appears to violate these terms, creates risk, or harms buyers, sellers, or Lootora.

Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, fake reviews, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or manipulated order records.
  • Harassment, threats, hate content, spam, scraping, automated abuse, malware, phishing, or attempts to bypass security.
  • Circumventing marketplace workflows, fees, seller approval, moderation, bans, or dispute processes.
  • Using Lootora to violate law, third-party rights, game publisher rules, platform rules, or payment provider requirements.

Suspension and termination

We may remove listings, restrict features, decline seller applications, suspend seller access, or terminate accounts if we believe activity violates these terms, creates risk, harms users, or exposes Lootora to legal, security, or payment risk.

Intellectual property

Lootora branding, interface, code, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse Lootora except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Disclaimers

Lootora is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Liability limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lootora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost digital goods, account bans, platform enforcement, or disputes between users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the site, account notifications, or another reasonable method. Continued use of Lootora after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
