This Privacy Policy explains how Lootora collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our marketplace for digital game goods and services. It applies to visitors, account holders, buyers, sellers, seller applicants, and support contacts.
We collect the information needed to operate a buyer-first marketplace, keep accounts secure, and support orders and disputes.
Public profile details, listings, seller names, reviews, and other marketplace content may be visible to other visitors. Buyers and sellers can see order, message, and fulfillment details needed to complete a transaction.
We may share information with vendors that help provide hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery, security, analytics, support, and payment processing when those services are enabled.
We may disclose information when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce our terms, comply with law, respond to legal process, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Lootora does not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that phrase. If our practices change in a way that requires additional notice or choices, we will update this policy.
Lootora uses cookies, tokens, and similar technologies for sign-in, session security, authentication, and marketplace functionality. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling them may prevent account and order features from working.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain marketplace records, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect users. Some order, support, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained even after an account deletion request. When an account is irreversibly deactivated, profile and sign-in fields are anonymised; a keyed, one-way representation of the former email may be retained to prevent ban or unresolved-balance evasion without retaining the address in readable form.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use a strong password, protect your sign-in links, and contact support if you suspect account misuse.
Lootora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact support so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
