We collect the information needed to operate a buyer-first marketplace, keep accounts secure, and support orders and disputes.

Information you provide

  • Marketplace content such as listings, descriptions, prices, images, seller applications, reviews, messages, support tickets, and order activity.

  • Create and manage accounts, profiles, sessions, listings, orders, messages, reviews, notifications, seller applications, and support tickets.
  • Review seller applications, moderate marketplace activity, investigate disputes, and protect buyers, sellers, and admins from fraud or abuse.

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, analyze, and improve Lootora and its marketplace workflows.

How we share information

Other users

Public profile details, listings, seller names, reviews, and other marketplace content may be visible to other visitors. Buyers and sellers can see order, message, and fulfillment details needed to complete a transaction.

Service providers

We may share information with vendors that help provide hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery, security, analytics, support, and payment processing when those services are enabled.

Safety, legal, and business needs

We may disclose information when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce our terms, comply with law, respond to legal process, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Lootora does not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that phrase. If our practices change in a way that requires additional notice or choices, we will update this policy.

Lootora uses cookies, tokens, and similar technologies for sign-in, session security, authentication, and marketplace functionality. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling them may prevent account and order features from working.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain marketplace records, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect users. Some order, support, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained even after an account deletion request.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use a strong password, protect your sign-in links, and contact support if you suspect account misuse.

Children

Lootora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact support so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
